1. Return Policy
As we serve freshly prepared food, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, under certain circumstances, such as the following, we may consider a return or replacement:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from the order
- Spoiled or stale food
- Order not matching the receipt
In such cases, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving the delivery with clear photos and order details.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Order cancelled before preparation starts – Full refund
- Order cancelled after preparation starts but before dispatch – 50% refund
- Order delivered with issues (as listed above) – Eligible for partial or full refund based on the situation
All refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via email or phone. After the evaluation, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their orders by calling us at the earliest. Orders once prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled. We recommend reaching out to us within 10 minutes of placing the order if you wish to cancel.
